SATH Group is an organization operating since 2018 under a social enterprise model and prioritizing societal benefit across all areas of its activities.
Its work is grounded in a multidisciplinary approach encompassing individual awareness, psychosocial empowerment, social solidarity, ecological sustainability, as well as ecological hospitality, gastronomy, and tourism.
The consciousness-based educational programs, consultancy services, social impact initiatives, ecological agriculture practices, and sustainable tourism applications developed within the Group have generated measurable and lasting value-extending from individuals to communities, the environment, and local economies.
These initiatives, originally developed in Türkiye and having attracted international interest, are intended to be implemented in Portugal in a manner that actively generates economic activity, added value, and social contribution within the fields of education, consultancy, gastronomy, and sustainable tourism.

Sathmahâl Gülistan is an integrated accommodation and experience center that combines a life in harmony with nature with professional hotel standards, developed with a sustainable hospitality approach. Located on a large plot of land in Dikili, İzmir, the facility offers its guests not just accommodation, but a high-quality and holistic life experience with its natural architecture, high service quality, and experience-oriented accommodation model.

Gastronomy & International Kitchen Chains
SATH Gastronomy views Anatolia as a carrier of cultural heritage, historical narrative, and social memory. In line with this approach, restaurant projects reinterpret and present the stories, values, and living culture of their respective regions on an international scale.
Two unique restaurant concepts launched in Lisbon are concrete examples of this vision: Amisos, inspired by the deep-rooted history of the Black Sea, offers a historical perspective through the narrative of Amazon women; while Levantioch aims to preserve the rich gastronomic heritage as a tribute to a culture severely damaged by the earthquake.
Through these projects, SATH Gastronomy is a high-standard gastronomic model that brings local values to the global stage.
